Falling in love with the Ozarks

In 1994 Billy and Gail Blong visited Branson for the first time and fell in love with the beauty of the Ozarks and the friendliness of the people - the beginning of a longtime commitment to the people of Branson to preserve the heritage of the area.


1995

The beginnings of Billy Gail's

Billy Gail’s opened on May 18, 1995 and became a great success almost overnight! Gail worked tirelessly to make the restaurant a special place for families, friends and visitors to come and eat. Gail worked in the restaurant everyday well into her 80’s. She said that if you love what you do, do what you love then you will feel as if you haven’t worked a day in your life.

Carrying on the legacy

Our goal is to make Billy and Gail proud and keep their dream still going. We appreciate the long support for Gail and her family and her restaurant. We want to keep the torch burning and add some things operationally to help our guests have the best experience possible.

We believe a restaurant’s name is built on quality of food, exceptional service, and a fun atmosphere so come visit us for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!
